Making Books Sing: Children's Songwriter Laurie Berkner On The Couch

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Most youngsters always seem to think there's something either hiding under the bed or in the closet.

Convincing them otherwise could be tricky -- unless you're popular children's singer and songwriter Laurie Berkner.

She penned the song "Monster Boogie," which is featured in a new family musical called "Wanda's Monster," based on the book by the same name.

Berkner joined us on The Couch alongside playwright Barbara Zinn Krieger, founder of 'Making Books Sing.'
