Investigators say over 10,000 graphic images and videos included adolescents and also infants engaged in sex acts.
"This is serious activity," said Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik.
Four of the fourteen suspects are facing child porn possession and distribution charges are 16-years-old.
"We have arrested numerous suspects of juvenile status before. It may be unfortunate to say, but we anticipate that may happen in the future as well," Capt. Robert Weston of the Passaic County Internet Crime Task Force said.
All were placed under arrest over the seven-month long investigation dubbed Operation Minor Traffic but Weston was tight-lipped about just how they took down the child porn ring.

"We have the ability to do certain things and, in addition to that, with the internet alive and well, there is more of a capability for people to traffic in these this type of images and videos than ever before," said Weston.
Authorities say there is no evidence the suspects were involved in producing or profiting from the child pornography.
