Long Island School To Rise From The Ashes
WEST BABYLON, NY (WCBS 880) - WCBS 880 reporter Sophia Hall spoke to a number of children. Many of them began to cry after the South Bay Elementary School in West Babylon burned down.

But now there is good news from the Long Island town.
Tonight, the district will be breaking ground for a new school to be built.
The original school burned down in February and students were moved to a nearby church building for classes.
Students, parents, and teachers are expected to attend the 6:00 p.m. groundbreaking ceremony.
