LISTEN: Boomer Confident That Both Raiders, Rams Will Move To L.A.
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- As amazing as it sounds, there hasn't been professional football in Los Angeles in 20 years.
Both the Raiders and the Rams left the City of Angels after the 1994 season.
But WFAN co-host Boomer Esiason believes that not one, but two franchises will be in L.A. in the near future. The Blonde Bomber elaborated on the morning show on Monday.

"There have been reports all over the place," Esiason said on the "Boomer & Carton" program. "I believe this is gonna happen, I said this yesterday on 'The NFL Today.' Two things are gonna happen that I believe are already done. It's just a matter of time before they're announced. Both the Rams and the Raiders are gonna go to L.A.
"I believe that that's happening. From the comments of (Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti) to the underground swelling of (Raiders owner) Mark Davis going to San Antonio, and the fact that the Rams and the Raiders' leases are up in their respective stadiums..."
The Los Angeles area has two MLB teams (Dodgers and Angels), two NBA teams (Clippers and Lakers) and two NHL teams (Kings and Ducks).
