LI Cops Seek Suspect In Early Morning Walmart Hold-Up
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Police on Long Island are investigating a robbery that took place at a Massapequa Walmart, early Saturday morning.
At 1:25 a.m. an unknown black male was let into the store, after closing, by a manager who assumed that the man was a store employee, according to authorities.
Once inside, the man brandished a black handgun and ordered the manager to empty the contents of the store's safe into a black duffel bag before fleeing the scene.
The suspect was described as 5'8" with a medium build, eyeglasses, khaki pants, a blue shirt, blue Yankee cap, and orange and white gloves.
