Lawyer Hopes To Free Innocent Inmates In New Jersey
NEWARK (WCBS 880) - She believes they'll have to review a couple hundred cases before finding one. But attorney Leslie Risinger says, "We're ready for the mail to come in."

Risinger is heading up the last resort exoneration project thru Seton Hall Law School, helping prison inmates who were wrongly convicted.
"In general, I would say we would be focusing on non-DNA cases," says Risinger.
She says cases without DNA evidence to prove innocence need more help.
"Non-DNA exonerations can be very difficult, very fact-intensive," says Risinger.
Risinger started the project after helping two inmates prove their innocence.
