Lady Antebellum To Perform 'Adventurous' Holiday Material Live With Orchestra In Nashville
The members of Lady Antebellum have shared the stage with some of country music's biggest stars, whether touring or performing at awards shows. Now they can add a symphony orchestra to their resume.
On Dec. 3, the trio will be performing a special holiday concert at Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center, and they'll be accompanied by a symphony orchestra.
The show will feature holiday selections from their Christmas album On This Winter's Night, which was released Oct. 22, as well as some of their biggest hits. The holiday show will be filmed, and a TV special will then air Wednesday, December 5 at 7pm on GAC.
We really got to be adventurous with the arrangements," Hillary says in a promotional video for On This Winter's Night. "You're not going to hear full horn sections, and all of the strings that we have on this Christmas record, on our normal albums."
Fans of the band will also be excited to know that Dave, Hillary, and Charles plan to release their first live concert film, just in time for the holiday shopping season.
Tickets to the Lady Antebellum holiday show in Nashville are on sale now.
