Jury Selection To Begin In Buffalo Mass Shooting

BUFFALO, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- The lone suspect in a deadly mass shooting outside a Buffalo restaurant could face life in prison without any chance of parole if he's convicted of murder.

On Monday, jury selection for the trial was set to begin.

Riccardo McCray was charged with first- and second-degree murder in the shooting that killed four people and wounded four others leaving the City Grill restaurant in the early morning hours of Aug. 14.

McCray turned himself in as police were searching for him, but the 23-year-old denies he's the killer.
