Jury Deliberations Expected To Begin In NYC Terror Trial
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Jury deliberations are expected to begin Monday in the trial of a Queens man accused in a failed terror plot.
Adis Medunjanin and two of his Flushing high school classmates planned to bomb city subways in 2009, according to prosecutors. His friends pleaded guilty and admitted training with al-Qaeda in Pakistan.
The defense argued that federal agents coerced Medunjanin into making incriminating statements.
He faces life in prison if convicted.
