Jets' Santonio Holmes Says He's Still Not 100 Percent
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Five catches, 154 yards and a game-winning touchdown against the Buffalo Bills.
It's safe to say Santonio Holmes is back, right?
Wrong, according to the Jets wide receiver, who's still battling the effects of last year's season-ending Lisfranc injury in his left foot.
"No," Holmes said Wednesday. "I won't do that to myself. I said I have a long ways to go. It's only my third game back from a full year recovering. (I) didn't have a lot of chances to practice up until this point and I still have a lot of learning and a lot of physical things to continue working on. ... I still have a long ways to go."

Holmes was limited in practice on Wednesday. He said his foot has felt pretty much the same at mid-week after each game this season.
The Jets (2-1) will travel to Tennessee to face the Titans on Sunday.
"To be honest with you, it doesn't (feel better)," Holmes said. "It still feels the same. But mentally, I have to challenge myself every day I get an opportunity to practice, and on game days to just continue focusing on making strides and not worry about what the foot is doing."
