Jets' Revis Leaves Game In Fourth Quarter
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) — New York Jets All-Pro cornerback Darrelle Revis did not return to the field after sustaining a head injury.
Revis was injured midway through the fourth quarter Sunday when he tackled C.J. Spiller and was then accidentally kicked in the head by teammate Bart Scott. Revis stayed down on the turf for a few moments while trainers ran out to tend to him.
He remained on the sideline for a few moments with his helmet on as trainers talked with him before eventually heading into the locker room.
