Jersey Shore Businesses Hit By Sandy Look Ahead To Summer
POINT PLEASANT BEACH, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Winter hasn't even started, but storm-ravaged businesses at the Jersey Shore are already thinking about summer.

"This was one of our golf courses that was right on the beach level. This one was pretty much demolished," Toby Wolf of Jenkinson's Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach said as she looked at collapsed buildings and scattered debris.
They're still shoveling sand out of the parking lot. There was and is sand everywhere.
"The basement of the aquarium had approximately four or five feet of sand in it that had to be pumped out," she said.
"It is going to be a lot of work and we're still discovering different things as we go along, but we've also come a long way," she told WCBS 880 reporter Peter Haskell.
They're working feverishly on the arcades, the candy store, and the other businesses open year-round.
"Maybe January, most likely February," Wolf said.
She said she expects that by summer they will have achieved their new normal.
"We're kind of looking at it as an opportunity to improve, you know, build better," she said.
Wolf added that they still have yet to come up with a financial estimate of the damage.
