Health officials issued the advisory last week after an explosion and fire at a water treatment plant caused raw sewage to spew into the Hudson, contaminating the water.
After continued testing, officials say the river in Westchester is now safe for swimming, fishing, windsurfing, kayaking and jet skiing.
Health officials say while everything looks fine, they will continue to take routine samples of the water.
Four beaches in New York City remain closed.
