We're getting spoiled here in New York, as the Jets and Giants both add 1 to the win column for the 3rd straight week.
First, the Giants, who gutted out their 28-20 win against a bad Detroit Lions squad. Amazingly, Big Blue's defense managed to knock out yet another NFL quarterback. It wasn't all fun though, as there was a terrifying moment for the Lions' Zack Follett.
On to Rex's Jets, who looked down-and-out going into the final quarter of Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos. That's when Mark Sanchez, LaDainian Tomlinson, and the Jets' defense turned it on, and with the help of a last-minute pass interference call, got the comeback win in Denver. The Jets are riding a 5-game winning streak, and own the best record in the NFL.
All that, the FOX fiasco, the Yankees face Cliff Lee Monday night, a sad story for Rutgers football, and more on today's radio program...
