Many couples who have trouble conceiving turn to in vitro fertilization (IVF).
For couples undergoing in vitro fertilization, the number of embryos to implant in the mother is a difficult and controversial decision.
Until now, the thinking has been that implanting several embryos improves the chances of having a baby, but new research shows that's not the case, and more may not always be better.
