Harrison Mayor Joan Walsh Tired Of Pizza Pranksters
HARRISON, NY (CBSNewYork) - Harrison mayor Joan Walsh has had it.
For the past year, pizzas keep showing up at her house on almost on a weekly basis - pizzas she never ordered.
"The doorbell is rung, oh, around 10:30 or so, and it's a pizza delivery. Once it was Chinese, but generally it's pizza," she tells WCBS 880 reporter Catherine Cioffi. "One night we got four [pies], you know, within about an hour and a half, but generally, there's one, sometimes two."

Some are even using tools so that Walsh's number shows up when they place the order.
Walsh says it's harassment.
"I can't fathom the kind of mind that would do this," she says, adding that it's hurting local businesses.
"One man, the other night, said he had to pay for his own gas. He was out personally as well as the vendor," says Walsh. "I mean, what is in their minds!"
