Harlem Man Charged With Killing Park Slope Resident In His Home
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A Harlem man has been arrested and charged with fatally shooting one man and injuring three others earlier this month in Park Slope.
Jermaine Butts, 36, is charged with second-degree murder, two counts of second-degree attempted murder, robbery and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
On Nov. 8, police found William Jordan, 43, with a gunshot wound to the head at his home at 572 Warren St. He was pronounced dead at Methodist Hospital.
Responding officers also discovered a 40-year-old man and 30-year-old man with minor injuries sustained from being struck with a gun. Another 38-year-old man suffered a graze wound to the hip and refused medical attention.
