I have five customers this weekend coming out and it's has been like that every weekend since Thanksgiving," she told WCBS 880 reporter Sophia Hall. "Also, because we didn't have any snow, so we've had fairly good weather through the winter, people are more engaged to come out and get it done."
What is her most expensive rental listing?
"Well, there is one on Dune Road [in Westhampton] and I really can't reveal the person's name. But it's on the ocean, on Dune Road. We have that listing in our office and it's $1 million for the season," said Gill.
Gill also said a lot of people are looking to buy in the Hamptons in the near future.
"I put a lot of people in houses this upcoming season who are potential buyers and I didn't see that the last two or three years," she said.
