LISTEN: WCBS 880's Sean Adams reports
Lori Brown would rather move than break up her family, but she can't find someone to buy her house.
Fines start on September 24.
"I think it is ridiculous, because you can have a bad dog owner with one dog," Brown told WCBS 880 reporter Sean Adams. "I have seven and my neighbors didn't even know I had seven."
The Borough Council has granted reprieves due to personal circumstances.
The Browns lost a daughter this summer and a son-in-law has a crippling leg injury.
But, the ordinance stands. Fines could be $100 per day, per extra dog.
