Beodeker was initially charged with reckless driving and driving with a suspended license after the March 4 crash on the Meadowbrook Parkway.
Police said Beodeker's pickup truck slammed into two men working on their disabled vehicle just south of the Southern State Parkway. The victims were thrown several feet by the impact.
Additional charges were later added, including vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and driving while impaired by drugs, among others.
Prosecutors said Beodeker had methamphetamine and amphetamine in his system at the time of the crash.
