Gov. Chris Christie Again Says He's Not Running For President After Added Attention From Karl Rove
PRINCETON, NJ (WCBS 880) - New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is a darling of the Republican party. Rumors, questions and talk of him running for president just keep coming up.

So far, Christie has denied that he is planning a run for the White House, in 2012 or 2016 or beyond.
"You're not really asking me about this again, are you?" was Christie's latest response, now coming after comments by Karl Rove, the former strategist for President George W. Bush known as "the architect."
"I think Chris Christie and Paul Ryan are gonna look at it again … I'm starting to pick up some sort of vibrations that these kind of conversations are causing Christie and Ryan to tell the people who are calling them, you know what, I owe it to you, I'll take a look at it," Rove told Fox's Sean Hannity on Monday.
Christie says he listened to Rove's comments about four times because he was interested to hear what Rove was saying.
"What I heard him say was that he felt a vibration from either me or [Wisconson U.S. Rep.] Paul Ryan that, because of phone calls we were receiving, that we may be reconsidering," said Christie on Wednesday.
For the record, again, he says he's not running.
"My answer is not changing and I don't see any reason why it would," Christie said.
However, he does find the attention flattering.
"It seems like everytime somebody gets in they go, 'He's not as good as Gov. Christie. Let's ask him again,'" Christie said. "Well, that's nice. I'm flattered by that but I have a job to do here. I'm focused on my job here."
He says the only pain about it is that it squeezes out other questions he'd rather answer.
