NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- You know what TriBeCa needs? More celebrities.
Lucky for the posh bistros, ubiquitous art galleries, and pricey boutiques saturating the downtown 'hood, one more star is about to grace TriBeCa with his presence.

According to the New York Post, Entourage star Jeremy Piven just plunked down $6.2 million for Mike Piazza's old apartment. Okay, so "apartment" may be an understatement. It's a penthouse.
The Hudson Street property was described by the realtor as "muscular & voluminous!!" Sounds more like the name of a romance novel than real estate, if you ask me.
Piven's new digs will share a building with political funnyman Jon Stewart, but don't worry there's plenty of room for the two of them. Jeremy's place alone is 6,000-square-foot, has three bathrooms and a 1,800 square foot patio.
It's okay to feel sad that Jeremy Piven's terrace is bigger than your entire pad.
The move will be a return to Piven's roots, while the actor was born in Manhattan, he was raised in Chicago.
The Windy City is nice, but New York is better. Glad you're finally seeing the folly of your ways, Mr. Piven.
So, can we come to the housewarming party?
