Man Inappropriately Touched 13-Year-Old Girl In Washington Heights, Police Say
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for a man they say inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl in Washington Heights.
Authorities said the man approached the girl around 7:40 a.m. Wednesday near West 172nd Street and Saint Nicholas Avenue.
He allegedly grabbed her genitals over her clothing.
Police believe the man to be in his 50s, wearing a black jacket, black and white baseball hate and bright colored sneakers.
