What Happened Between A-Rod, Bikini Babe? 'Flirtgate' Witness Gives His Account
NEW YORK (WFAN) -- Tim Leuzarder had a front-row seat for Alex Rodriguez's reported flirtation with two women at Yankee Stadium late in Game 1 of the ALCS on Saturday night.
Leuzarder, who was quoted in Wednesday's New York Post, told WFAN he was in the row behind the women when a baseball, reportedly inscribed with a message from A-Rod, was tossed their way.
One wrote something on it -- apparently her number -- and passed it back. The Post identified her as 33-year-old Australian bikini model Kyna Treacy.
Leuzarder said he wasn't entirely sure the ball came from A-Rod, but it sure seemed that way.
"I said to my daughter at the time, I said, 'I find this is really disgusting,'" he told co-hosts Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton. "The fact that he would be in the middle of the game doing this was unbelievable -- if it was him."

According to Leuzarder, the women didn't realize there was a message on the ball. With a couple souvenirs already, they went to pass it on to the next row. That's when sharp-eyed fans nearby told them what was on the baseball.
"They go to pass it back and all the sudden the ball boy points to the ball and made some gestures," Leuzarder said. "A couple of guys that were sitting around said 'No, no, no, that came from A-Rod.'"

The exchange went down in the 10th inning, according to Leuzarder, who moved to the third row after the ninth. A-Rod was pulled from the game for pinch-hitter Eric Chavez in the bottom of the eighth.
A witness told the Post that Rodriguez flashed the woman "a big smile" and "exchanged a few glances" after her response was delivered. But Leuzarder said that didn't happen -- at least not while he was around.
"Absolutely not," he told Boomer and Carton. "If that part of it happened, it happened before I moved over there."
Leuzarder originally thought the message to the gals was from the Yankees' ball boy. Either way, the family man wasn't happy with what went down.
"It just blows my mind," he said. "I mean, I told my daughter and I said to my son, 'This just isn't right.'"
