Woman Killed In Brooklyn Apartment Fire
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One person was killed in an apartment fire in Brooklyn on Friday.
Investigators say the fire broke out around 12:30 p.m. on the fourth floor of an apartment building on Dorchester Road in the Flatbush section.
According to investigators, a 63-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Firefighters were able to bring it under control in about half an hour. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
