Firebomb Suspect Ray Lazier Lengend Arraigned At Bellevue Hospital
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Ray Lazier Lengend has been arraigned following four firebombing incidents in Queens, and a fifth on Long Island, that took place over the weekend.
The arraignment took place at Bellevue Hospital Center where Lengend is being held for observation.

Lengend, of 89-04 215 St., in Queens Village has been charged with 10 counts of criminal possession of a weapon, four counts of arson and one count of arson as a hate crime among other charges.
If convicted, 40-year-old Lengend faces 25 years to life in prison.
Lengend was brought out of the 103rd Precinct on Tuesday night in handcuffs and mumbling as he was led to a waiting ambulance.
Lengend allegedly loaded five glass coffee bottles with gasoline, which he used to attack the five separate targets. They included the Al-Khoei Benevolent Association, a mosque.
Queens District Attorney Richard Brown's office alleges Lengend admitted he planned to do as much damage as possible to Muslims and Arabs.
Brown said the string of New Year's Day firebombings had the potential for causing great harm.
One of the attacks was caught on surveillance tape.
