FBI: Queens Man Threatened Pennsylvania Bank Workers
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A Queens man has been arrested by the FBI for allegedly threatening to shoot employees of a bank in Pennsylvania.
Michael Chung, 52, was arrested outside his Bayside home on Tuesday night.

Chung is accused of faxing a threatening letter to an attorney and loss prevention official at a Sovereign Bank in Pottsville, Pa. over a home equity loan dispute.
According to court papers, the letter stated, "The 2nd Amendment to the National Constitution authorizes the use of deadly force to protect my interests as a national citizen. I believe I have a basis to act in that matter."

A check of New York State Licensing records indicated that Chung owns a shotgun, according to court papers.
Chung is characterized as a sovereign citizen, a loosely-based organization that does not recognize government authority, sources said.
The FBI considers the sovereign citizens a domestic terror threat.
Chung has attended meetings of the sovereign citizens movement but not in the New York area, sources said.
