Authorities said bags of crack cocaine were being sold monthly, but, unsuspectingly, to undercover agents. Two bags went for $20, and 13 bags for $200, according to a federal indictment.
In January of this year, a total of 97 bags were sold for $800 in two transactions, according to the indictment.
The buys occurred from last August to this August, authorities said.
Neighbors said the Lorillard Place row house was a known drug den, containing people, pit bulls, and possible weapons.
The suspects were believed to be members of the Crips street gang, authorities said.
