2 Men Arrested In Connection With Fatal Shooting In Hamilton Heights
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has made two arrests in a months-old shooting that claimed the life of one man and injured four others.
Police on Wednesday said 24-year-olds Chavar Gilliam and Carl Moore, both of the Bronx, were arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder, felony assault and criminal use of a firearm.
On Feb. 1, the two men allegedly opened fire on Broadway and West 136th Street in Hamilton Heights, striking three men and two women.
Graham Shadale, 28 of Manhattan, was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
A 24-year-old man was also shot in the right arm and ankle and a 22-year-old man was shot in the torso and leg. Two women, both 21, each suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
