Fan Falls To His Death At Turner Field During Yankees-Braves Game
ATLANTA (CBSNewYork) - A fan died after falling from the upper deck of Turner Field Saturday night.
The accident happened during the seventh inning stretch of the Yankees-Braves game.
Medical crews rushed over and treated the man, performing CPR for 10 minutes before carrying him out on a stretcher.
The fan fell more than 50 feet into the lower level seats.
"There was an accident during tonight's game involving a fan. The fan was immediately treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital," the Atlanta Braves said in a statement.
It's still not clear what caused the man to fall.
