Bergen County Nabisco Factory Reportedly Shutting Down Permanently Friday
FAIR LAWN, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- It's the end of an era for a Nabisco Factory in New Jersey.
Production reportedly shuts down for good Friday.
The cookie plant has been a Bergen County staple since 1958, employing about 600 workers.
Nabisco's parent company, Mondelēz International, announced the closure of the Fair Lawn factory in February as it consolidates its east coast operations to a hub in Virginia.
