Eye On New York: Diabetes App, Inside MoMA's Rain Room And More
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - On this week's Eye On New York, CBS 2's Dick Brennan spoke with Dr. Gerald Bernstein, who is the director of the Friedman Diabetes Institute at Beth Israel Medical Center.
The conversation focused on a new app that allows children with Type 1 diabetes to manage their blood sugar.
Then, CBS 2 political reporter Marcia Kramer joined Brennan to discuss the so-called comeback kids, Eliot Spitzer and Anthony Weiner. Both disgraced former politicians are seeking redemption in New York City public office.
The Rain Room continues to be a hugely popular installation at the Museum of Modern Art. MoMA's curator-in-chief, Klaus Biesenbach, discussed the exhibit.
And 1010 WINS' John Montone heard from fed up New Yorkers in Mouth Off To Montone.
