Extra-Alarm Fire Breaks Out In Murray Hill
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An extra-alarm fire raged Sunday evening in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan.
The three-alarm fire broke out in a four-story building at 548 Third Ave., between 36th and 37th streets, fire officials said.
The blaze broke out at Sarge's Deli on the ground floor, officials said.
The fire extended up to the roof through the duct work, the Fire Department told 1010 WINS.
No one was injured in the fire.
A witness on the scene said numerous fire vehicles responded, and Third Avenue was closed to traffic for a period of time.
