Experts Weigh In On Grammy Fashions
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- It's usually the wackiest and most risqué red carpet of the season, but on Sunday night the stars of music went for classy elegancy at the Grammys.
"The Grammys have gotten very sophisticated and very style conscious," said fashion expert Tom Julian.

"It's definitely the dynamic black dress," Julian said.
Both liked all the glowing gowns of green, including Katy Perry's.
"The reason this caught my eye is because it is the color of the season," del Russo said.
Bright red lips with gowns to match were a big trend. But our experts say Adele's flowery choice was blushingly bad.
"God bless her," Julian said "I feel bad she's going to be slammed tomorrow."
"This just didn't work for her," del Russo said.
"I think tomorrow, they are going to be calling it Flowerfall instead of Skyfall," Julian added.
But Taylor Swift and her dress were at the top of del Russo's list.
"I love the white," Swift said. "Something for everyone to look at and wear and not be afraid to wear it in the winter."
As for Julian's verdict, "I'm going to stay with Rihanna and red. I loved the way she transformed herself.")
Our experts agreed on Beyonce for best dressed runner up, calling her the perfect modern mom in this sleek modern jumpsuit.
