EWING, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Video shows a dramatic rescue in Ewing during last week's storm.
A police body camera captured the officer struggling to walk through rushing floodwater to reach a stranded driver.
The frightened woman had gotten out of her car but could barely stand in the waist-deep water.
The officer helped the woman secure herself on a guard rail and waited with her for about 20 minutes until firefighters arrived with a boat to rescue them.
