Emergency Repairs Shut Down Part Of GWB During AM Rush Hour
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Emergency repairs shut down part of the George Washington Bridge this morning.
Two inbound upper level lanes were closed as crews worked to repair a damaged storm drain.
The work caused 90 minute delays at the toll plaza during the morning rush.
Officials say repairs wrapped up at around 8:30 a.m. and traffic is now back to normal.
