Manning was especially proud of the performance by Big Blue's wide receivers.
"Our receiving corps has really made great strides this year," Manning said. "When you have that off-season to go back and watch yourself on film... that's when you really start to understand how to get open in the NFL."
Eli threw touchdown passes of 26, 19 and 5 yards to Hakeem Nicks.
The Giants' QB also touched on the head gash suffered during a preseason game against the Jets.
Manning was hurt on a third-down, play-action pass from the Jets 5-yard line with 10:45 left in the second quarter.
"Shaun O'Hara was over to my right, I saw the expression on his face and I knew it was pretty bad," said Eli. "Now I have a cool scar to talk about."
Replays showed blood gushing from Manning's head shortly after he fell to the ground.
