LISTEN: Eli Manning Discusses Giants' Big Win Over Cowboys
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The Giants might be riding a high after their big win over the Cowboys on Sunday night, but Eli Manning sounded like a quarterback Monday who is well aware the offense must get its act together.
But he'll take it.
"It's a win," Manning said during his weekly appearance on Mike Francesa's WFAN show. "It wasn't the prettiest. But going against a good team on a cold, kind of snowy (day) ... obviously we played better than them, and that's all that matters."
The Giants won 10-7, their lone touchdown coming on a 61-yard pass from Manning to Odell Beckham Jr. Manning turned the ball over three times -- one interception and two fumbles.
"There was definitely some missed opportunities, had some turnovers, which you hate to have that can cost you games," Manning said. "But we kind of overcame some of those. ... When we got the opportunity (and the Cowboys) played a little man-to-man, hit Beckham on a slant. Made a good throw there, and when you hit him in stride, good things happen."

Fortunately for the Giants, their defense came up big, forcing three turnovers of its own and sacking Cowboys QB Dak Prescott three times.
"They played outstanding going against an offense that has been playing well with a good rushing attack, passing game, they've got weapons on the outside, Dak can run around, he can make plays," Manning said. "They did a great job stopping the run, getting turnovers, great on third down, getting them off the field. So some big-time plays being made on the defense and great effort by them, and that's awesome to see."
