Driver In Fatal Sky Express Bus Crash Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter
BOWLING GREEN, Va. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Virginia authorities have charged the driver of Tuesday's fatal bus crash with four counts of involuntary manslaughter.
The charges against 37-year-old Kin Yiu Cheung were filed after he appeared in the Caroline County Courthouse on a reckless driving charge.
The 37-year-old from Flushing, Queens was driving a bus operated by Sky Express when it swerved off the road and overturned on I-95 in Virgnia on Tuesday.

Four women from New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia were killed and 54 others were injured. The bus was headed to Chinatown from North Carolina.
Police say Cheung was fatigued at the time of the crash.
After the crash, the US Department of Transportation shut down Sky Express for multiple safety violations.
Sky Express was near to being shut down by federal transportation authorities before the crash, but the company was given a ten-day extension to file an appeal.
