Double S.I. Murder Suspect Returns To NYC
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- The man suspected of murdering his parents was reportedly back in New York Sunday.
The flight from Tel Aviv carrying Eric Bellucci landed at JFK Airport just after 6 a.m.
On Staten Island, family and friends were preparing to bury his parents, Arthur and Marian Belucci.
The couple was found stabbed to death inside their home in Annadale last week.
Mike Ruscitto spoke to CBS 2HD about his nephew's capture. "It is a relief that he is in custody, for his health, our health and his own, his own safety."
Relatives described the suspect as a schizophrenic, prone to violent episodes. He was on his way to the 120th Precinct Stationhouse for processing.
