Donald Trump Scheduled To Report For Jury Duty In Manhattan On Monday
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Donald Trump will have to take a break from the campaign trail on Monday.
He says he has to report for jury duty and is "looking forward to appearing.''
Trump confirmed the summons on Friday before a campaign rally in New Hampshire, home of the first presidential primary. If he doesn't appear, the real estate mogul could face a $250 fine.
The New York Daily News reported in June that Trump had ignored five jury summonses since 2006.
Trump is making a stop at the Iowa State Fair on Saturday to get some face-to-face time with voters in the early caucus state.
