Dharun Ravi Seen Snoozing In Court As Jury Prepares To Begin Deliberations
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Unless you're watching Law & Order, court proceedings are known to be long, drawn out and tedious.
But the defendant at the center of a case which has captivated much of the Tri-State area appeared bored by his own trial.

Dharun Ravi was seen snoozing and rubbing his eyes in court Wednesday as the jury was preparing to begin deliberations in the case of the Rutgers webcam spying trial.
At one point, one of Ravi's attorneys had to nudge him awake. Perhaps the nearly four-week-long trial caused the defendant extreme fatigue.
Ravi is accused of using a webcam to spy on his roommate, 18-year-old Tyler Clementi, having an intimate encounter with another man in their dorm room and telling people about it in text messages, tweets and in person.
Clementi later committed suicide by jumping off the George Washing Bridge.
If Ravi is found guilty of invasion of privacy and bias intimidation, he faces up to 10 years behind bars and could be deported back to India.
