Death Of NY Woman In Md. Ruled Homicide
LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -- The death of a New York woman whose decomposing body was found in a trash bin in a Maryland suburb of Washington has been ruled a homicide.
Prince George's County Police say the body of 24-year-old Nicole Thompson of New York City was found in a trash bin in Landover, Md., in July. The medical examiner ruled Thompson's death a homicide. She was identified by fingerprints.
Police say detectives are trying to determine what ties Thompson had to the area but they have not identified suspects or motives in this case.
