Dave Matthews Band Shows May Tie Up Roads Leading To Atlantic City
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- If you're looking to take a trip to Atlantic City this weekend you may hit some traffic.
Dave Matthews Bandwill be holding three large concerts at the former Bader Field airport site starting Friday afternoon. About 30,000 people are expected each day through Sunday.
Authorities will try to keep traffic moving in and out of Atlantic City. Inbound traffic on the Atlantic City Expressway will be barred from using Exit 2 for the Black Horse Pike.
The Black Horse Pike, also known as Route 40, may be closed from time to time as conditions warrant. Those arriving by car will be directed to one of 18 satellite parking lots, where they can board buses for the concert.
