John Cena Defeats The Rock In WrestleMania 29 At MetLife Stadium
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - Wrestling fans descended upon the Meadowlands Sunday for WrestleMania 29, watching John Cena defeat Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to become the new WWE champion.
Other big matches included the Tombstone Pin, in which Undertaker emerged victorious against C.M. Bunk, and the Pedigree Pin, in which Triple H beat Brock Lesnar.
An estimated 75,000 fans from all around the world filled MetLife Stadium for the event.
The parking lot opened to wrestling fans at 11:30 a.m. One of the first through the gates was Mike Goldberg from upstate New York.
He told 1010 WINS' Glenn Schuck he arrived at the Meadowlands before dawn to secure his spot.
"I gotta get here that early. You have no idea, I've been watching this since I was 5, I'm in to it," Goldberg told Schuck.

A fan from Milford, Conn. said he expects a longtime WWE star to have a great performance.
"It's all about The Rock. Bring prestige back to the title and show everyone how it's done," the man said.
"This is the Super Bowl of professional wrestling, this is it. It doesn't get any bigger than this, this is it. This is off my bucket list, WrestleMania," a man from the Bronx told Schuck.
