2 Injured In Partial Building Collapse In Canarsie, Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Rescue crews were on the scene of a building collapse in Brooklyn on Friday.
The partial collapse took place in the afternoon.
One worker was pulled from the rubble of the house that was under construction on East 95th Street and Foster Avenue in Canarsie. Another worker suffered minor injuries in the collapse.
All other workers were accounted for, according to EMS.
The New York City Department of Buildings said its inspectors believe a floor overloaded with construction materials led to the collapse.
