County Executive Rob Astorino says it has decreased by 1 percent.
But the county board says it has decreased by 2 percent.
Both sides can't agree.
The board says Astorino misinterpreted the budget act with his veto, but the County Executive's office says the board hasn't voted to override his veto.
Meanwhile the county board says they're going to continue to move forward with their 2 percent decrease to the property tax levy and Astorino says the board has every right to disagree with him but they can't make up their own rules.
