Cops Seek Suspects In Series Of Brooklyn Cell Phone Robberies
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is asking for help in identifying three suspects wanted for questioning in connection with a series of cell phone robberies in the Fort Greene section of Brooklyn.
On Sunday April 14, a man walked passed a group of males, in their late teens, near the corner of DeKalb Ave and Fort Greene Park while talking on his cell phone. The man was punched in the back of the head and the suspects grabbed his cell phone before fleeing, according to police.
On Wednesday April 17, a 14-year-old boy was attacked and had his iPhone stolen at the corner of Myrtle Ave and Adelphi Street. A suspect punched him in the face before making off with his property.

Again, on Wednesday night a woman reported that she was speaking on her phone near the corner of DeKalb Ave and Washington park when a suspect approached her from behind and made off with her iPhone.
The suspects have been identified as a group of black males in their late teens. One individual was seen wearing black pants and a white shirt, another was wearing jeans and a black and yellow Northface backpack, and the third was wearing a black sweat suit.
