Deadline Reached For Connecticut State Workers To Comply With COVID Vaccine Order
HARTFORD, Conn. (CBSNewYork) -- State workers in Connecticut who have not agreed to a COVID-19 vaccine or weekly testing were sent home without pay Friday.
Gov. Ned Lamont had said around 1,000 state employees were not in compliance heading into the day.
Suspended workers will stay on unpaid leave until they show proof of vaccination or agree to weekly testing.
