Minimum Wage Increases In Connecticut Starting Sunday
STAMFORD, Conn. (CBSNewYork) -- Minimum wage workers in Connecticut will see their new pay hike go into effect Sunday.
The state minimum wage goes up from $12 an hour to $13 an hour.
The legislation was passed two years ago and caps out at $15 an hour, scheduled to start in June of 2023.
Minimum wage was $10.10 when Gov. Ned Lamont signed the legislation into law.
